Features of CGL

  • Three type of furnace can be applied.
    (Vertical direct firing reduction, horizontal type furnace and all radiant tube furnace)
  • Dross can be removed by Snout Dross Remover and reduced by Tandem pot and/or Pre-melt pot
  • Accurate zinc coating control by using Gas wiping equipment and coating weight control
  • Galvannealing Furnace by adopting induction heating system
  • On-line Alloy Coating analyzer
